CHANDER PRAKASH WADHWA VERSUS STATE (NCT OF DELHI) & ANR.

The petitioner is arrested in two cases. Blood investigations has been done but report is awaited. He has also family history of heart disease so proper treatment and investigation require in time.

6. Medical report of inmate says he is also suffering from trigeminal neuralgia. The medical report says that he also suffers from trigeminal nigeria.

Petitioner has family history of heart disease so proper treatment and investigation require in time to prevent any heart attack. Neurologist of Ganga Ram Hospital treated to him.  At present his problem is not improving. At present, his problem has not improved. Neurologist treated him and then on King Hospital treated him later on. Petitioner is arrested in two cases. We have been apprised that no further challenge has been raised by the petitioner.
